Our Staff
Dr. Dristin Myers, Practitioner
In March 2024, Dr. Myers proudly took the helm as the new owner and chiropractic physician at Green Oak Chiropractic Clinic, following the esteemed tenure of the clinic's founder. Born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania, he began his journey in health sciences at Gannon University, later earning his Bachelor of Science in Anatomy at Parker University in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Myers also completed his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Parker University.

During his time at Parker, Dr. Myers was highly active in the chiropractic community, serving as Class President, Founder and President of the Activator Methods Technique Club, Vice President of the Evidence Based Chiropractic club, and a founding member of the Animal Chiropractic club. Dr. Myers' leadership and dedication are now at the forefront of continuing the clinic’s legacy of providing outstanding and innovative chiropractic care.
Dr. Lo Pham-Van, Practitioner
Dr. Lo graduated cum laude with a Doctor of chiropractic degree from Parker University, where she was an active member of the Activator Club. Committing to advancing her expertise, she continues her chiropractic education through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), where she is Webster Certified.
Dr. Lo is dedicated to continuing her education to better serve the pregnant and pediatric community. One of her long-term aspirations is to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Postpartum Doula.

Dr. Lo is married to her best friend, who is also a chiropractor, and together they have three children. She enjoys exploring new foods with her kids, cooking, and re-watching favorite series like “The Office” and “Friends”. In her free time, she loves running, playing tennis, and practicing Bikram yoga and Reformer Pilates.
A proud Arlington native and Martin High School alumnus, Dr. Lo is passionate about serving her community and helping others achieve optimal health.

Dr. Dedra Fite, Founder
Dr. Dedra Fite is the esteemed founder of Green Oak Chiropractic Clinic. A board-certified chiropractic physician, Dr. Fite is licensed to practice in Arkansas, Florida, and Texas. She graduated from Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas (1991) and Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas (1994).
After completing her education, she founded Green Oaks Chiropractic Clinic in Arlington, Texas in 1995. Although Dr. Fite is no longer involved in the daily operations or ownership of the clinic, her pioneering vision and dedication continue to inspire the clinic’s path forward.
Griselda, Office Manager
Griselda brings a strong foundation in healthcare administration to her role as Office Manager. She holds a degree in Medical Billing and Coding from Everest College (2009), and her experience ensures the smooth operation of our daily tasks. Her favorite pastimes are cooking and spending time with her husband and children.
Kaleb, Massage Therapist
Kaleb was born and raised in the DFW metroplex. He Graduated from TCC massage therapy school in 2023, and loves being able to learn and grow while utilizing his existing skills to help others.
